As each piece is handmade to order, please be aware production times do vary from piece to piece.  Every effort is made to create your finished piece for you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay. If you do require a piece on or before a specific date please contact us. 

Please note: it is your responsibility to order the correct ring size for this piece. If you are unsure of your size or have questions about our pieces, feel free to email or chat with our team who can guide you in the right direction!

Currently we only offer delivery within the UK. Finished pieces can be collected in person or delivered to your chosen location within the UK. We offer complimentary fully insured shipping via Royal Mail Special Delivery, however please note that all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. Estimated timeframes for delivery are by 1pm next day.

Unless otherwise stated, unworn in stock now pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item. If you receive your item and it is the incorrect size, please contact us.

Customers will be responsible for return postage fees. We recommend shipping return orders via a trusted and trackable service as Rings with Grace is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.

NB: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, no scratches, original packaging). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we find that your piece does not meet these conditions and the piece will be returned to the customer
