STEP ONE

Initial Consultation

When you make an appointment, we will begin by showing you our designs and discussing ideas and preferences within your specified budget. We pride ourselves on tailoring each piece to you, equipping you with valuable advice and education along the way. Our consultations take place both in person and virtually. Come and meet with us or work with us virtually via video call, email, 3D renderings and photos.

STEP TWO

Stone Selection

With your chosen design and budget in mind, Grace will source a variety of stone options for your consideration. Unlike a typical jeweller, we use several diamond suppliers to present you with a variety of options to select from. Our recommendations are impartial, ensuring you get the best diamond at the best price. We understand that a bespoke piece is a big investment both personally and financially, which is why we are meticulous about the quality of each stone we select.

STEP THREE

Finished Piece

Once you are happy with the design and stone, we will begin handcrafting your ring. Throughout production, you will be kept up the date via email to provide you updates on how your ring is progressing. Once your piece is finished we will be in touch with HD photos and videos to ensure you are pleased with the result. We will then prepare your finished ring for collection or delivery to your confirmed address.
