What is a Gift Card?
Gift cards are digital or physical vouchers which can be loaded with values between £50 - £1,000, to spend with Rings with Grace online, in our showroom or over the phone. They are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Gift cards can be used as part or full payment.
What can I buy with my Gift Card?
You can use your gift card to buy all items available online, in our showroom and over the phone.
Is there an expiry for my Gift Card?
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?
Please contact our team on 020 3294 7200 (Monday–Friday: 9:30am to 17:30pm).
How will my Gift Card be presented?
Our physical gift card will be posted straight to your recipient with a Rings with Grace branded gift voucher and envelope. Our virtual gift cards will be sent straight to your inbox.
How long will my Gift Card take to arrive?
Our physical gift card will be posted straight to your nominated address using First Class Royal Mail. Our virtual gift card is sent straight to your inbox within a couple of minutes.
Can I cancel my Gift Card?
Please make sure you check all details when placing your order, since we are unable to issue a refund.
